What we collect
Your email address, an encrypted password hash, billing records from our payment processor, the URLs you submit, and standard server logs (IP address, user agent, timestamps).
Your URLs
Submitted URLs are stored so we can process, retry and report on them. We never sell URL lists, never publish them, and never use one client's links to build a public dataset.
Why we process it
To run your submissions, show indexing reports, bill you correctly, prevent abuse, and send service emails. We do not send marketing email unless you opt in.
Third parties
Payment processing, transactional email and error monitoring are handled by processors bound by data processing agreements. Search engines receive only the URLs you submit — nothing about you.
Retention
Account data is kept while your account is open. Submitted URLs and their reports are kept for 24 months, then deleted. Billing records are kept as long as tax law requires.
Your rights
You can export or delete your data at any time from account settings, or by emailing privacy@linkindexer.com. Deletion requests are completed within 30 days.
Cookies
We use one session cookie to keep you logged in and privacy-friendly analytics without cross-site tracking. No advertising cookies.
