1. The service

Link Indexer submits URLs you provide to search engine crawl and discovery channels. We do not control search engines and cannot guarantee that any specific URL will be indexed.

2. Credits and payment

Credits are prepaid and priced per URL submitted: $0.0005 on the basic tier and $0.009 on the advanced tier. Credits do not expire. A credit is consumed when a URL is submitted, not when it is indexed.

3. Indexing rates

Published rates, including the 80% figure for the advanced tier, are averages measured across our own control sets. They are not a promise about your specific URLs. Advanced-tier URLs that remain unindexed are retried at no extra cost for 14 days.

4. Acceptable use

You may only submit URLs you own or are authorised to promote. You may not submit URLs containing illegal content, malware, phishing pages, or content that infringes third-party rights. We may suspend an account and refuse a refund for violations.

5. Free trial

New accounts receive five free advanced-tier submissions. The trial is limited to one per person or organisation.

6. Refunds

Unused credits can be refunded within 30 days of purchase. Consumed credits are non-refundable, since the submission cost has already been incurred.

7. API use

API keys are personal to your account. You are responsible for traffic sent with your key. We may rate-limit requests to protect the platform.

8. Liability

We are not liable for ranking changes, traffic changes, manual actions or any indirect loss arising from use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the previous 12 months.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
